Description:
Vegetable Popiahs are one of our favourite appetizers.
Last week i made these at home along with a spicy sweet and sour sauce and they were a hit. *winx*

Ingredients:
For Spring Rolls:
==============
Spring roll wrappers
1 1/2 cups shredded chinese cabbage
3/4 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup bean threads cooked and cut into small pieces
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
Salt as required
2 tsp oil for stir frying the vegetable
Oil for frying

For Dipping Sauce:
===============
2 tbsp vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
1/8 tsp salt
2 red serrano pepper deseeded and chopped finely


Directions:
1) Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat, add the vegetables and stir fry. After stir frying for about 2 mins add soy sauce, sugar and pepper. Stir fry untill the vegetables are softened. Remove from heat.
2) Now toss in the cooked bean threads. Taste the mixture for salt and add more if necessary. Allow the mixture to cool.(You can add your choice of vegetables. Add black pepper per your taste)
3) Take out one spring roll wrapper and lay it on a flat surface such that it forms a diamond shape. Place about 2 tbsp of filling on the bottom part and spread it out sideways to form a retangle.Lift the bottom corner of the wrapper and tuck it in under the filling. Now fold the left and right sides and roll the wrapper to the end and seal the end with little bit of water.
4) Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add spring rolls and fry on both sides untill the roll turns golden brown. Remove the rolls and drain on paper towel.

For Sauce:
=========
Add vinegar, water, soy sauce, sugar and salt to a saucepan.
Cook this on low heat for about 4-5 minutes.
Now add the chopped pepper and allow to cool.
Enjoy the spring rolls with this spicy sweet and sour sauce.

The above recipe yields about 6-8 spring rolls. Adjust the spice level of the roll and sauce as per your taste buds.

Description:
Daging ni pepagi lagi dah direbus. Satu hari suntuk dok pikir nak masak ape ngan daging tu. Akhirnya, pukul 6 petang tadi datang lah idea nak masak bistik. Bukak peti sejuk, rempah bistik plak dah bis. Hampa nyer.

Takpe cuba cara lain plak.

Main campak², janji ade rasa sudah ... kekekee

Ingredients:
½ kg Daging (rebus sampai empok)
3 biji Kentang - potong wedges
2 btg Lobak Merah - potong ikut suka
3 sudumkn Rempah kari daging
3/4 cawan Sos Tomato
3/4 cawan Kicap Manis cap Kipas
4 cawan Air
½ tin Kacang peas
Garam
Minyak untuk menumis

Bahan utk tumis :-
==============
Kayu manis
Buah pelaga
Bunga cengkih
Bunga lawang

Bahan² Kisar :-
===========
2 biji Bawang besar
1 ulas Bawang putih
½ inci Halia
5 batang Lada merah
10 batang Cili padi


Directions:
1) Panaskan minyak. Goreng kentang dan lobak merah setengah masak. Angkat, toskan dan ketepikan.
2) Panaskan minyak, masukkan kayu manis, buah pelaga, bunga cengkih dan bunga lawang. Kemudian masukkan rempah yang telah dikisar dan tumis sehingga naik bau.
3) Masukkan pula rempah kari daging, kacau hingga sebati dan tuang sedikit air. Biar ia mendidih sekejap.
4) Masukkan sos tomato, garam, serbuk perasa dan juga kicap. Gaul rata.
5) Masukkan daging yang telah direbus. Gaul rata dan biarkan ia reneh pada api yang sederhana selama 10 minit.
6) Masukkan pula kentang dan karot yang telah digoreng tadi. Biarkan ia reneh lagi selama 10-15 minit sehingga semua kuah dan bahan-bahan sebati. Kalau airnya kurang boleh tambah sedikit. Masukkan kacang peas dan tutup api. Biarkan sebentar seblom menghidang.

Note: Hidangan ini sedap dimakan dengan roti atau nasi putih bersama telur mata lembu.

Ingredients:
Rice :-
=====
3 cups rice
1 cup Water
1 box Coconut Milk
Pandan leaves
Green Apple Colouring
Salt

Sambal :-
=======
Dried chilli (soaked)
Onions
Garlic
Prawn paste / Belachan
Salt
Brown Sugar
Fried Fishball

Fudgie Crispy Chicken Wings :-
========================
Chicken wings or chicken parts of ur choice
Self-rising Flour
Salt
Black Pepper
Cumin powder (Serbuk jintan)
Corriander powder (Serbuk ketumbar)
Curry meat powder
Tumeric powder (Serbuk kunyit)
Rosemary leaves
Bread Crumbs

Note: No exact measurement of ingredients used, depends on ur chicken quantity. Usually when i use 1 cup of flour, i use 1 tsp of all powdered ingredients, a pinch of rosemary leaves & 2 tbsp of bread crumbs. (ingredients may vary)

Other add-ons :-
==============
Bull's eye egg
Anchovies
Otak-otak
etc ...



Directions:
Rice :-
=====
1) Wash clean rice.
2) Put all ingredients in rice cooker, let it cook. (Salt to taste).

Sambal :-
=======
1) Blend dried chillies, onions, garlic and prawn paste.
2) Heat wok and saute the blended ingredients till fragrance.
3) Put in salt and brown sugar.
4) Let it simmer till sambal dries, not to watery.
5) Add in fishballs. Or anything u fancy.

Fudgie Crispy Chicken Wings :-
========================
1) Wash clean chicken wings and drained.
2) Mix all other ingredients together except oil, in a bowl.
3) Put in chicken wings and mix well.
4) Heat oil in wok (Enough for deep fying).
5) Put in chicken wings and deep fry till cook.

Serve green rice with other add-ons.

2 slices of Choc Chip bread (can also use others u preferred - Pandan, Milk, Raisins etc)
1 slice Kraft Cheese
1 banana - sliced.... i like Monte's ones ...
Some sugar



Directions:
1) As seen in the pic.
2) Sprinkle sugar over banana.
3) And eat it like a burger. heheee .... I tell u, its very nice !!!

Description:
Fast game dish.
It was 4am in the mrng ... i couldn't be blending the dried chilli/onions etc at this time (fear it'll waken the baby) ... so dig out watever i could find in the fridge ... Lucky my brain's working fast ... haha!!

Not bad afterall :)


Ingredients:
Mee Laksa (half packet, balance of previous cooking .. hehee)
1½ tblspn TAHO Lemon Chilli Paste
2 tblspn Sweet Soya Sauce
1 Onion - sliced
1 Garlic - chopped
2 Red Chillies - sliced
Chye Sim - the more the merrier
Fishcake
Hotdog
Fried shallots



Directions:
1) Heat wok with some oil, saute onion and garlic.
2) Put in TAHO lemon chilli paste. Add water if desire.
3) Add in fishcake, hotdog and red chillies.
4) Add in laksa mee and sweet soya sauce.
5) Last, add in chye sim and stir well.
6) Garnish with fried shallots and ready to eat.

Ingredients:
1 kilo sotong basah - cuci bersih dan toskan
3 sudu kelapa goreng
1 pkt santan
4 sudu minyak untuk menumis.
Daun limau purut
Sedikit garam

Bahan² kisar A :-
=============
6 tangkai lada merah
6 tangkai lada hijau
5 tangkai cili padi (kalau nak pedas, lebihkan)

Bahan² kisar B :-
=============
2 biji bawang besar
2 biji bawang putih
2 sudu kecil ketumbar
1 sudu kecil jintan manis
1 batang serai
1 inci lengkuas
1/2 inci kunyit hidup



Directions:
1) Panaskan minyak, tumis bahan kisar A hingga garing.
2) Masukkan bahan kisar B dan tumis hingga wangi.
3) Masukkan sotong dan diamkan sebentar.
4) Masukkan santan dan kacau hingga masak. Tambah air jika perlu.

1 sudu teh minyak bijan
1 sudu teh lada putih
2 sudu teh garam

Gaul rata dan perap :-
================
Isi ayam - potong didadu
1 sudu makan kicap cair
½ sudu teh minyak bijan

Sayur campur
Udang hidup - buang kulit dan hiris
Daun bawang - dimayang
3 biji telur
3 batang lada merah - dihiris
1 tin cendawan butang - tos dan hiris
3 sudu makan minyak
2 sudu makan kicap cair
Sedikit bawang goreng



Directions:
1) Panaskan minyak didalam kuali.
2) Tumis ayam yang diperap dan goreng selama 2 minit.
3) Masukkan udang, cendawan dan balik-balikkan.
4) Masukkan telur, biarkan masak sebentar, lalu dipecah-pecahkan. Gaul rata.
5) Masukkan nasi, balik-balikkan dan goreng selama 2 minit.
6) Masukkan sayur campur, 2 sudu makan kicap cair dan goreng lagi selama 2 minit.
7) Matikan api, masukkan hirisan lada merah dan daun bawang. Balik-balikkan sehingga rata.

Semasa menghidang, taburkan bawang goreng, jika suka.
I added pedal ayam as extras ... heheee

Tried this recipe from Dapur Mami, but i modified a bit.
Simple to whip, a healthy one too. And definitely nice.
Goes well with bread, prata or simply steam rice.


Ingredients:
1 ekor ayam - dipotong 8 atau 12
1 sudu makan kelapa kerisik (ku tak pakai sebab takde ... hehe)
1 cawan bawang goreng
½ tin tomato puri
2 biji tomato, dipotong dadu
1 biji bawang besar dihiris
3-4 cawan susu segar rendah lemak
Sedikit minyak untuk menumis
Garam dan gula secukup rasa

Bahan² dikisar halus (gunakan susu utk mengisar):-
==========================================
10 biji lada kering
3 sudu teh ketumbar
1 sudu teh jintan manis
8 hiris halia
3 hiris lengkuas (also, tak pakai)
5 biji bawang merah



Directions:
1) Gaul rata ayam dengan rempah kisar. Perap sebentar.
2) Panaskan minyak. Tumis bawang hiris sehingga kuning.
3) Masukkan ayam yang bergaul rempah. Balek-balekkan sebentar.
4) Masukkan bawang goreng yang ditumbuk halus, dan tumislah sehingga rata.
5) Selepas itu masukkan tomato puri, tomato dadu dan kelapa kerisik. Masak sehingga kering.
6) Apabila sudah kering, masukkan susu, garam, dan gula secukup rasa. Biarkan sehingga naik minyak dan masak.

Senang je nak buat ...


Ingredients:
1 kilo Mi Kuning - dicelur
1 kilo Udang Basah - saiz sederhana (lagi banyak lagi manis dan sedap kuah tu nanti)
3 sudumkn Sos Cili
3 sudumkn Sos Tomato
Sawi - dicelur dgn air panas dan titikkan sedikit sesame oil.
Taugeh (ku tak pakai ni, lupa beli)
Gula/Garam - secukup rasa

Bahan Kisar :-
===========
Segenggam Cili Kering
1½ biji Bawang besar
3-4 ulas Bawang putih
Sedikit Belacan

Bahan Hiasan :-
============
Bawang Goreng
Cili Padi
Daun Sop/Daun Bawang (again, lupa nak beli so tak pakai lah)
Fiskcake
Limau Kasturi - optional



Directions:
1) Rebus udang basah terlebih dahulu. Kemudian toskan airnya, asingkan ketepi. Kopek kulit udang dan ketepikan udang.
2) Ambil kepala udang dan kisar. Ambil air kepala udang tadi dan satukan dengan air rebusan yg sedia ada.
3) Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan kisar hingga garing.
4) Setelah naik baunya, masukkan air rebusan udang tadi.
5) Masukkan sos cili, sos tomato, garam dan gula.

Cara Hidangan :-
=============
Masukkan mi kuning, sawi dan taugeh kedalam mangkuk. Tuangkan brape byk kuah yg dikehendaki. Tabur bahan hiasan dan hidang.

Voila !!

Simple n fast to cook ...


Ingredients:
CharSiew Lemongrass Chicken:-
==========================
Chicken marinate (To be prepared a day earlier) :
Dried chillies, ketumbar, jintan putih and lemongrass all finely blended together. Pour into a container of washed & cleaned chicken wings.
Crushed garlics, add oyster sauce, salt and sesame oil. Add some red coloring (powder type). Mix the ingredients and chicken wings well and chilled in fridge.
Chicken can be grilled (better lah, the juiciness is there) or deep fried.


Tom Yam Fried Rice:-
=================
Cooked Rice (use overnight rice better)
Tom Yam paste
Seafood of ur choice (prawns, squids, fishcake, etc)
Garlic - chopped
Onion - sliced
Cili Padi
Chye Sim - cut 1cm
Sesame oil
Fish sauce - optional


Directions:
1) Saute garlic and onion with one tablespoon of margarine in wok.
2) Add in tomyam paste. Stir well.
3) Add in seafood.
4) Add in cooked rice. Stir well. Leave for about 3-5mins.
5) Add in chye sim and chilli padi. (Can omit the chilli padi if u're serving for kids).
6) Dash some sesame oil and fish sauce. (No need to add salt).
7) Ready liao. Serve with fried egg, crispy ikan bilis and fried shallots.

It really tasted good ... not to mention the coleslaw too ...


Ingredients:
Dory Fillet
French fries
Bed of Lettuce
Breadcrumbs
Baked beans - optional
Tomatos - optional
Carrots (boiled) - optional
Bull-eye Egg

Coleslaw:-
========
Cabbage
Carrots
Mayonaisse
Milk Powder (i used Liyah's ... hehe)
Sugar
Hot water
Vinegar - bit only

Batter for Chips:-
============
Self raising flour
Rice flour
Eggs
Salt
1tblspn Oil



Directions:
==> Coleslaw:-
1) Mix mayonaisse, sugar, milk powder, vinegar and hot water. (Note: Not to use too much water). Depends on how thick or dilute u want ur coleslaw to be.
2) Add cabbage and carrots. Mix well.
3) Chill in fridge before serving.

==> Frying the chips:-
1) Mix the batter well. Not too much water.
2) Dip the fillet in batter.
3) Roll over breadcrumbs.
4) Heat wok/pan with oil. Make sure oil is hot. Deep fry the fillet till golden brown. Drained oil.

Serving method:-
On a plate, lay the lettuce n scoop desirabe amnt of coleslaw. Served with french fries, egg, boiled carrots and baked beans (or anything of ur preference). Best eaten with chilli sauce.

Yes dear !! I made it again ... hehe ... great for consumption esp during Ramadhan ... :)

But my gula melaka here bit watery lah ... Can lessen the water.
And its definitely simple n easy to make...


Ingredients:
1 pkt of small Pandan Sago (can use the white one too)
1 pkt of Gula Melaka (about 2 pieces)
1 small pkt of Coconut Milk
1 small bundle of Pandan Leaves


Directions:
Sago:-
- Boil the sago till it turned transparent (have to constantly stir it so it won't stick to the pot).
- Once cooked, put in a round bowl or small containers.

Gula Melaka:-
- On another pot, boil one cup of water and put the half bundle of pandan leaves.
- Add in the gula melaka.
- Once the gula melaka have dissolved, set aside and let it cool.

Coconut Milk:-
- Boil the coconut milk with pandan leaves.
- Add a pinch of salt.
- Off flame, let cool.


Serving method:-
- Cut the sago.
- Add in some coconut milk (amount according to your liking).
- Add in some gula melaka (amount according to your liking).
** Best when served chilled.

Ingredients:
½ kilo babat (di potong dan rebus hingga empuk)
1 kotak Santan
1 btg Serai
1 kiub Ikan Bilis Maggi
Daun Kunyit (tak pakai, stock kehabisan)
Secukup Garam

Bahan² Kisar :-
===========
Cili Padi
Cili Merah
Cili Hijau
Bawang Besar
Bawang Putih
Kunyit hidup
Buah keras


Directions:
1) Masukan babat yang telah direbus dalam periuk dan bahan-bahan yang telah dikisar serta air dan biarkan ia sehingga mendidih.

2) Masukkan garam, kiub ikan bilis, santan, serai, daun kunyit (kalau ade) dan tunggu sehingga ia masak.

3) Padam api, dan hidangkan.

Tetiba aje ingin makan ... ajak lah Liyah gi NTUC beli bahan-bahan nyer ...
Simple dan mengenyangkan ...


Ingredients:
3 keping Egg Tahu (potong bulat atau dadu, goreng hingga kekuningan dan tos kan minyak)
4 biji Telur
Garam
2 sudumkn Tepung Jagung (larutkan dgn sedikit air)
1 sudu teh Serbuk Lada Putih

Minyak utk goreng tahu telur cara terendam (deep frying)
Acuan bulat aluminium (kalau tak de, pakai tin susu pekat pon boleh, tebok lobang atas bawah)

Bahan² Hiasan :-
============
Timun (dihiris) >> Kite tak pakai, sebab tak jumpa timun pat NTUC
Lobak Merah (dihiris) >> sebaiknyer hiris, tapi kite malas, kite pasak
Tauge (dicelur dgn air panas sebentar, angkat dan toskan)
Kacang Tanah (ditumbuk) >> Pat NTUC ade yg dah siap punyer
Bawang Goreng
Daun Sop


Sosnya :-
=======
25-30 btg Lada kering (rendam dan kisar) >> nak pakai cili padi pon boleh
6 ulas Bawang putih (dikisar)
2 sudumkn Cuka
3 sudumkn Petis
Secukup Sos tomato (optional)
Secukup Gula pasir
Secukup Garam
Secukup Air
Kacang Tanah (yg dah dikisar)

Caranya :-
=======
Blender semua bahan² kecuali kacang tanah. Kemudian masak atas api sederhana sehingga pekat dan mendidih. (Supaya tahan lama). Masukkan kacang tanah dan kacau rata.
Sesuaikan rasanya dgn citarasa memasing.



Directions:
1) Kocok telur, tepung jagung, garam dan lada sulah hingga sebati dan masukkan tahu (yg dah digoreng) gaul rata.

2) Panaskan minyak di kuali dan taruh acuannya, minyak kena banyak hingga menutupi acuan. Masukkan adunan tahu telur ke dalam acuan 3/4 penuh dan sambil curahkan minyak panas di dalam acuan hingga bahagian tepinya garing. Let loose tahu dari acuan dan tarik acuan keluar (jgn pakai tangan tau, panas!! Seeloknya pakai tong), biarkan tahu yang telah berbentuk acuan di dalam kuali, goreng hingga garing dan angkat, slow fire.

3) Taruh tahu telur di pinggan, hiaskan dengan timun, carrot, tauge dan tuangkan sosnya di atas dan ditaburi dengan kacang kisar, bawang goreng dan daun sop. Atau, sos nya boleh letak dlm bekas berasingan.

Hari ni masak mee ... asyik makan nasi pon boring !!

Simple, suitable for kids too ... but omit the cili padi for them !!

Ingredients:
Yee Mee
10-15 ekor Udang (dikopek kulit) / Prawn (peel shell)
1-2 keping Fish Cake
2 biji Bawang putih / Garlic
1 biji Bawang merah / Shallots
3-4 Cili Padi di ketuk (terpulang, nak pedas boleh bubuh banyak)
Air / Water
1 kiub Ayam (ommit if using chicken stock) / Chicken Cube
1 biji telur di pukul sedikit / Egg (beaten lightly)
1-2 sudumkn Tepung Jagung (ikut kepekatan) / Corn Flour
Garam secukup rasa / Salt

Sayur / Vege :- Sawi, Lobak merah (terpulang pada kesukaan memasing) / Chye Sim / Carrot

Garnishing:-
=========
Bawang goreng, daun sup dan telur burung / Fried shallots, chinese celery, quail eggs



Directions:
1) Rebus kulit udang. Ketepikan. / Boil peeled prawn shells, set aside.
2) Tumbuk bawang putih dan bawang merah hingga halus. / Pound garlic and shallot.
3) Tumis bahan² tumbuk dan masukkan cili padi yang diketuk. Masukkan udang, masak sebentar. / In a pot, saute the pounded ingredients and cili padi. Put in prawns and cook a while.
4) Masukkan stock udang dan kiub ayam. / Add in prawn stock and chicken cube.
5) Masak sup hingga mendidih. / Let the soup boil.
6) Masukkan telur dan kacau-kacau. / Put in egg and stir well.
7) Akhir sekali masukkan tepung jagung. / Add in cornflour (pre-mix with water).
8) Letak Yee Mee di dalam pinggan dan tuang sup yang panas atau jika suka boleh juga di masukkan yee mee akhir sekali dan masak bersama sup sehingga lembut. / On a plate, put yee mee and pour the hot soup over it.
9) Hias dgn bawang goreng, daun sup dan telor burung. / Garnish with fried shallots, chinese celery and quail eggs.

The simppliest way to make yummylicious mee rebus.


Ingredients:
Tetelan / Beef
Udang (direbus berasingan selama 2minit) / Prawns (boiled seperately for approx. 2mins)
Homemade Instant Mee Rebus Paste / Instant Mee Rebus Paste (available at supermarkets - Hai's brand, recommended)
Keledek (kulit dikupas, rebus dan kemudian di lecek) / Sweet potato (boiled and mashed)
Garam / Salt (optional)

Mee Kuning / Yellow Mee
Fishcake
Kerang (direbus) / Cockles (boiled)
Tauge / Beansprouts
Lada Hijau (dihiris) / Green Chillied (sliced)
Tahu Pok (digoreng, toskan dan gunting dadu) / Dried taupok (deep fried and drained oil)
Daun sop (dihiris halus) / Chinese Celery
Limau Kasturi / Lime

Bahan Kisar / Blended ingredients :-
==========================
Cili Kering / Dried Chillies
Bawang Besar / Onion
Bawang Putih / Garlic
Halia Muda / Young Ginger


Directions:
1) Rebus tetelan sehingga betul² empuk (lebih kurang 3-4 jam). / Boil beef till tender for 3-4hours.
2) Masukkan bahan² dikisar tadi ke dlm rebusan tetelan dan kacau. / In the same pot, add in the blended ingredients and stir well.
3) Masukkan Instant Mee Rebus Paste dan kacau hingga sebati. / Add in the instant mee rebus paste and stir again.
4) Masukkan keledek dan kacau lagi. Tambah garam jika perlu. / Add in mashed sweet potato and stir.
5) Masukkan udang ke dlm kuah mee rebus. Kacau dan padam api. / Add in prawn. Stir and off flame.


Cara menghidang / Serving method :-

1) Celurkan mee kuning dan tauge. Masukkan mee dan tauge di dlm mangkuk. / Boil yellow mee and beansprouts. Drained n put on a plate.
2) Senduk kuah mee rebus ke atasnya. / Scoop mee rebus gravy and pour over the mee.
3) Taburkan tahu pok, fishcake, kerang rebus, lada hijau dan daun sop. Last, taburkan bawang goreng. Boleh juga tuang sedikit kicap. / Garnish with fried taupok, fishcake, cockles, green chillies and chinese celery.
4) Baca bismillah dan teros ngap. AWAS !! Panas yerrr .....

Description:
First time try buat puding ni.
Dpt resipi dari Kak Hanis, tapi sorry ya kak, resipi kakak di ubahsuai skit.

Hasilnya ... hmmm ... rupa tak berapa memuaskan, tapi rasanyer enak banget ... :)
Ape boleh buat, tak ade egg beater, pakai lah tangan pukul tu telur sampai lenguh ni tangan ... hehe


Ingredients:
5 biji telur (saiz besar)
1 tin (405 g) susu cair
1/2 tin (1/2 dari 400 g) condense milk
7 - 8 sudu besar gula
1 tin jagung (cream style)
2 sudu besar tepung kastard
1 tin air (gunakan tin susu cair)


Directions:
a) Cara membuat karamel.
1. Ambik 5 sudu besar gula pasir dan 2 sudu besar air, masukkan dlm periuk non-stick.
2. Masak atas api yang perlahan untuk cairkan gula sehingga gula menjadi kuning kekuningan. Tutup api.
3. Angkat dan ratakan gula hangus ke dlm container/loyang.
4. Ketepikan, biarkan ia sejuk dan membeku.

b) Cara membuat Puding
1. Pecahkan telur ke dalam mangkuk yang agak besar.
2. Kacau telur supaya telur merah dan putih tu bercampur rata. Jangan kacau sehingga kembang telur.
3. Masukkan cusu cair dan condense milk ke dalam telur tadi.
4. Larutkan tepung kastard ke dalam air.
5. Masukkan gula, larutan tepung kastard dan jagung ke dalam mangkuk yang berisi telur dan susu.
6. Kacau supaya semua rata.
7. Masukkan adunan cecair ini ke dalam container/loyang yang mempunyai gula hangus beku.
8. Masukkan bekas ke dalam steamer dan kukus lebih kurang selama 30 minit sehingga 45 minit. Api jangan kuat nanti dia jadi bersarang. Slow fire and slightly longer is better.
9. Bila sudah masak, tak nampak cair dah adunan tu, angkat dan sejukkan.
10. Bila dah sejuk terbalikkan puding ke atas pinggan.
11. Hiaskan dengan mix fruit atau sliced peaches yang dalam tin tu (I like peaches).

Bahan Tumbuk:-

Udang Kering
1 ulas Bawang Putih
1 btg Cili Merah
1 btg Cili Hijau


Directions:
1) Tumis bahan² yang ditumbuk dan masokkan fishcake.
2) Masokkan air dan santan. Biarkan ia mendidih.
3) Masokkan kacang panjang. Padam api.

4 btg Serai
Segenggam Cili kering
1 biji Bawang Besar
6 ulas Bawang merah
4 ulas Bawang putih
Halia muda (sebesar ibu jari)
Air asam jawa
½ kotak Santan
Garam dan gula secukup rasa

Directions:
1) Kisar halus serai, cili kering, bawang besar, bawang merah, bawang putih dan halia muda.
2) Tumis hingga wangi dan masukkan air asam jawa.
3) Masak atas api sederhana hingga kuah pekat
4) Masukkan santan dan udang. Masak hingga naik bau.

Ingredients:
½ kilo Sotong (cuci bersih dan potong bulat²)
5btg Cili Padi
3btg Cili Merah
2 ulas Bawang Putih (dicincang)
2 sudumkn Kicap manis
Sedikit minyak
Garam
Gula


Directions:
1) Rebus sotong. Kemudian goreng hingga garing. Ketepikan.
2) Kisar cili merah dan cili padi (using pengisar kering without water).
3) Panaskan minyak dlm kuali dan tumis bawang putih hingga kekuningan.
4) Masukkan bahan kisar tadi dan tumis hingga wangi.
5) Masukkan kicap manis, garam dan gula. Tambah sedikit air jika terlalu kering.
6) Bila tumisan sudah kering, padamkan api dan masokkan sotong yg digoreng tadi dan gaul rata.
